“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”
2 Timothy 1:7
I’m grateful for my struggles because they are what made me who I am today. Through fear, doubt, injuries and having to create my own path of life I found who am…and found happiness.
What I’ve learned is most of the time you don’t get what you wish for , you get what you’re willing to work hard for.
I’m a person who has battled self doubt and fear to find my way to success with all
things in my life. Through failures, and mistakes I’ve learned more faith in God which created courage in me.
My achievements haven’t come easy to me. I’ve had to work hard for whatever I wanted in life. Very thankful for that, because I always learn more from the journey!
I’ve torn 2 ACL’s, which lead me into depression. I realized faith and courage through the process got me out of it. Then I tore my Achilles and I already knew how to stay strong and I came out a better athlete after I recovered.
I’m most fulfilled when I serve others. That is one reason I have so much passion for being a personal/ group trainer. I’m so blessed with the chance of watching my clients find a better life.
My kids keep my passion alive! I’m a divorced mom so I cherish every single second with them.
We all have to be an example for the next generation so it’s very important to stay fit/strong physical, mentally and emotionally so we can all make this world a better place!
